How can I cancel my membership?
Hall of Fame Car Wash memberships can be cancelled online, in person with an associate, or during your next visit. There’s no phone-only requirement.
What happens when I cancel my unlimited membership?
You will no longer be billed for your membership when you cancel.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Hall of Fame Car Wash members can change their plan online, through an associate at any location, or during their next visit; whichever is easiest for you.
What are Hall of Fame Car Wash's business hours?
Hall of Fame Car Wash is open Monday–Saturday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Winter and holiday hours may vary by location. Check your local page for updates.
Are there discounts for multiple vehicles at Hall of Fame Car Wash?
Yes. Every additional vehicle after your first is just $25/month, regardless of which membership package you choose.
Does Hall of Fame Car Wash offer a starter membership?

Is Hall of Fame Car Wash touchless?
Hall of Fame Car Wash offers a touchless wash option alongside our other wash packages, so you can choose a no-contact wash if that’s your preference.
Does Hall of Fame Car Wash offer full-service detailing?
Hall of Fame Car Wash does not offer full-service detailing, but every wash includes free access to towels, two cleaning products, and vacuums so you can handle interior touch-ups yourself.
Does Hall of Fame Car Wash wash floor mats?
Yes. Hall of Fame Car Wash cleans both rubber and WeatherTech-style floor mats at every location.
How much does it cost to just vacuum my vehicle at Hall of Fame Car Wash?
Hall of Fame Car Wash doesn’t offer standalone vacuum pricing; vacuums are free with any single wash purchase and included with all unlimited memberships.
Does Hall of Fame Car Wash offer veteran or first responder discounts?
Hall of Fame Car Wash doesn’t currently offer a veteran or first responder discount, though multi-vehicle and prepaid bundle savings are available to all members.
How long does a wash take at Hall of Fame Car Wash?
A Hall of Fame Car Wash exterior wash takes about 3 minutes tunnel-to-tunnel. Most visits run 10–15 minutes total if you use the free vacuum and towel stations after.
Is Hall of Fame Car Wash safe for my paint, clear coat, or ceramic coating?
Yes. Hall of Fame Car Wash’s wash packages are designed to be safe for all paint types, clear coats, and ceramic coatings. Choose the touchless option if you prefer no brush or contact at all.
What if I'm not satisfied with my wash at Hall of Fame Car Wash?
Tell an associate before you leave, and Hall of Fame Car Wash will rewash your vehicle at no extra charge.
